Four-Phase Model
Our auditing process follows an efficient, proven four-phase model.
Targeted project management ensures prompt execution and a low workload for clients.
1) Development of an analysis concept in a half-day planning workshop with the client: In phase one, we discuss the current situation and objectives of the company as well as the scope of analysis required for the audit.
Based on this information, we develop the auditing concept. The specific requirements of the company are established and combined with the five key dimensions into a unified assessment yardstick.
2) Execution of the audit in a four-hour interview with two senior consultants per candidate: The actual execution of the executive audit happens in phase two and is closely coordinated with the responsible company department.
Within a four-hour structured interview, the executive is assessed on the basis of actual performance, personal potential and business potential.
Two experienced consultants conduct the interview to ensure objective and accurate assessments.
3) Evaluation of the generated data: compilation of individual reports: In phase three, we compare the results of the assessment with the relevant benchmarks and compile them in clearly structured individual reports.
4) Consolidation and interpretation: half-day results workshop with the client: In the final phase, we provide the client with a presentation containing all auditing data. The presentation shows the actual performance of the executive team, analyzes both the personal and business potential of the team members and offers concrete development suggestions for each individual executive.
It provides an overall view of the company’s management competence, identifying the main action fields as well as the high-potential candidates and top performers.
