Dr. Manfred Krüper
Member of the Advisory Board
Manfred Krüper, born in 1941 in Gelsenkirchen, has been as active member of the Advisory Board of THE FRANK LATZER GROUP since 2007 responsible for energy issues. He studied economic science and social science in Münster and Cologne. After graduating, he worked as a research assistant at the University of Cologne and the University of Münster. He earned a PhD in 1971.
Manfred Krüper has more than 27 years of experience at VEBA and later E.ON, serving initially as Director of VEBA Oel AG, in Gelsenkirchen, with a focus on energy economics, then as an Executive Board member of VEBA Oel responsible for human resources, procurement and environmental protection as well as the company’s Human Resources Director.
Between 1996 and 2000, he served as a member of the Executive Board of VEGA AG in Düsseldorf responsible for human resources, procurement, organization and IT.
In 1997 he became Chairman of the real estate subsidiary VEBA Immobilien AG, in Bochum. Following the merger of VEBA and VIAG AG in 2000, Manfred Krüper joined E.ON AG in Düsseldorf as a member of the Executive Board, responsible for human resources, infrastructure, organization and procurement for E.ON North America Inc.
Manfred Krüper is a supervisory board member of numerous companies.
